What will I learn to do by participating in the course?
Those who participate in the 7-day course may become able to teach a broad range of things. Even first-timers should expect to become able to teach things by participating in the 7-day course. (There will be an announcement by Mike after the end of the 7 days)
How many days will I need to take this course?
You can take this course from 1 day！ This is a residential style course and you need 1night stay if you take 1day course. You would arrange your schedule easily because it will be on Saturday.
This is a very precious course and staying in the retreat hotel is one of the best part.
We recommend to stay over 3days and you would be satisfied.

Can I lodge somewhere else?
Because this course includes work with the terrain, lodging at Suirin is mandatory.
I have never taken any crystal courses but can I take this course?
If you completed any Aura-Soma training course, essential course or crystal course, you are able to apply for this course.
How can I travel to Suirin from overseas?
We recommend to use Narita airport to get to Japan and choose from two ways below to come to Nagano station close to Suirin.
It takes 20 ～ 30 minutes to get to the venue from Nagano station by car(taxi), or 40～50 minutes by bus.
We will send you an e-mail in March about the details of the course and transportation.

How about rooms at Suirin?
Basically, you will share one room with 2 or 3 other attendee. If you have any request to stay with your friends or in a single room (you need an extra charge for a single room), please note it on remarks when you send an application form. We will work hard in order to meet your expectation, but the rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Rooms are very clean like a pretty cottage in the middle of Mother Nature.
What will we do after lecture time and mealtime？
You will have free time. There is a hot spring（Onsen）accessible from Suirin.
You could spend your time to relax or chat with friends.
How about meals at Suirin?
You can enjoy various meals including organic meals, meats and vegetables. All meals are buff style. You would be surprised at taste of vegetables picked in a farm placed there!
Moreover, you can order a beverage or alcohol by yourself.
Suirin has a drink menu; Fruit juice, Fresh herbal tea, Enzyme juice, coffee, etc.
You will charge invoice when you check-out. Please be careful that payment is limited to only cash.
How about a bath at Surin?
Each building has a bath. You can lock a door and use a bath whenever it opens. (Only one building has a large public bath.）
Also, you can access to a hot spring by car. If you would like to visit there, you can book a shuttle bus in Suirin.
Are there any car parking place?
You can park near Suirin. If you come by car, it would be very convenient that you could visit some energy spots, Togakushi shrine, zero magnetic field, kagami pond, zenkoji temple, or cherry blossoms if they bloom.
Will I keep sitting during the course?
This residential style course held in the great outdoors of Nagano will also include work with the terrain.
It would provide you a variety of crystal works, making crystal grids or going together to a stone circle in Suirin having large land masses.
